I’m Tom Rushworth a freelance designer based in Leeds and the founder of Codey Creative. I specialise in helping tech companies to create great customer experiences, improve brand loyalty and increase revenue through effective UX and UI design.

Discovery & research
Before starting working with any client, I take the time to truly understand your business goals and your customers before tackling a project. I use discovery sessions, user interviews, field research, competitor analysis and prototypes to identify the best solution for your business and agree a clear plan for the project.
Design systems
I develop digital brand guidelines, build component libraries, improve processes and collaborate with teams to create systematic and efficient ways of working. In my experience this helps to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard.
Product, UX & UI design
User journey mapping, wireframes, interaction design, high fidelity prototypes, coded mockups and user testing are some of the design skills I use to help create fully fledged websites, apps, software products and digital interfaces.
